Our Developers are knowledgeable, most have exams to prove their experience and (although we sometimes don't like to admit it as it makes us feel old) most of us have between 20 and 30 years experience of software development.
Most of our Analysts have worked for large organisations on small and significant size projects - their experience of working with small clients and individuals allows them to bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Our Test Analysts are knowledgeable, have exams to prove their experience and between 10 and 20 years experience of software testing
