QHS. Security Application. 2006

We were asked by QHS to provide them with a security mechanism to protect their Microsoft Access database from being copied by unauthorised users. We created a solution to enable licence keys to be generated by QHS and provided to their clients for unlocking the access database application.

FTM Consulting. Bespoke Application. 2006

FTM Consulting process a large number of small files and asked Genus to design and build a system for loading the data in the files to a database. The application was designed for multiple file contents and included an addin to Microsoft Outlook to save the files when they were received as an email attachment.

London And Lothian. Microsoft Excel. 2006

London and Lothian provided Genus with a skeleton Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and a myriad of new requirements. The final spreadsheet allows them to calculate more efficiently and accurately with less manual input.

Crystal Solutions. Financial Advice Administration System. October 2004

Windsor Life. Policy Loans Administration System. July 2003

Windsor Life chose our sister company to design and deliver a solution to problems identified with policy loan administration and processing whilst maintaining the reliability and integrity of its core administration system, ALPHA.

The solution provided allows Windsor Life to offer their clients' policy loans which would provide a profitable alternative to policy surrender.

Windsor Life. Standard Letters Generation System. July 2003

In August 2002, a business study revealed that Windsor Lifes core administration service, ALPHA, could produce only 39% of necessary correspondence to its policyholders automatically each month. Windsor Life recognised there were significant efficiencies to be gained by the development of a standardised, automated letters system.

Our experts worked with operational and IT staff to design, and subsequently, develop and implement, a system that was reliable, efficient, cost-effective and scalable.
